Estudio de un caso de Trastorno de Conducta Alimentaria con Trastorno Depresivo Mayor y Trastorno de Ansiedad Social desde una perspectiva integradora establecido

Abstract

El presente trabajo expone el caso de un varón de 16 años con diagnóstico de Trastorno de Conducta Alimentaria comórbido con un Trastorno Depresivo Mayor y Trastorno de Ansiedad Social. El paciente ha sido evaluado en dos fases mediante una entrevista semiestructurada creada por el centro, la aplicación digital EB2 -MindCare y las siguiente pruebas psicométricas: MACI, BDI-II, STAI, BSQ, EDI-2, EHS. La intervención se lleva acabo desde la Terapia Sistémica, apoyada por técnicas Cognitivo-Conductuales, usando el análisis multinivel sistémico de Scheinkman para la comprensión del caso y el diseño de plan terapéutico. Los objetivos específicos del caso se circunscriben a las patologías descritas anteriormente. Para ello, se utilizan técnicas psicoeducativas, conductuales y sistémicas tanto en sesiones grupales como en individuales y familiares, además de terapia ocupacional, comedor terapéutico y seguimiento psiquiátrico y endocrinológico. En la actualidad, el paciente presenta una clara mejoría tanto a nivel sintomatológicos como en diferentes áreas vitales, continuando con el tratamiento, pero con unos objetivos diferentes a los propuestos inicialmente.

This paper presents the case of a 16-year-old male with a diagnosis of Eating Disorder comorbid with Major Depressive Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder. It has been evaluated in two phases through the use of a semi-structured interview created by the center, the EB2MindCare application and the following tests: MACI, BDI-II, STAI, BSQ, EDI-2, EHS. The intervention is carried out from the Systemic Therapy, supported by Cognitive-Behavioral techniques, making use of the systemic multilevel analysis for the understanding of the case and the design of the therapeutic plan. The specific objectives of the case are limited to the pathologies described above. For this, psychoeducational, behavioral and systemic techniques are used both in group sessions and in individual and family sessions, as well as occupational therapy, therapeutic dining room and psychiatric and endocrinological follow-up. At present, the patient presents a clear improvement both in symptoms and in different vital areas, continuing treatment with objectives different from those initially proposed.
