La filantropía corporativa y su impacto en las empresas
Resumen
Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los impactos generados por la actividad filantrópica de las empresas. Específicamente, busca identificar los impactos generados por la actividad filantrópica corporativa en las propias empresas que la aplican, estudiando la relación entre las distintas posibilidades de ejecución de las pretensiones filantrópicas de las compañías y los distintos efectos que producen. Desde el convencimiento de que la involucración filantrópica empresarial puede tener un impacto significativo en diversas áreas de la empresa, así como en las comunidades impulsadas por esta ayuda, se proponen una serie de recomendaciones basadas en buenas prácticas analizadas. Se pretende con todo contribuir a una mejor comprensión de la cuestión, proporcionar herramientas útiles a las empresas que quieran emprender con éxito esta realidad, y en última instancia, impulsar a las empresas a emprender este tipo de prácticas, tanto para su propio beneficio como para el de la sociedad en general. This study aims to analyze the impacts generated by corporate philanthropic activity. Specifically, it seeks to identify the impacts of corporate philanthropy on the companies themselves, studying the relationship between the various ways of executing companies' philanthropic intentions and the different effects they produce. Convinced that corporate philanthropic involvement can have a significant impact on various areas of the company as well as on the communities supported by this aid, a series of recommendations based on analyzed best practices are also proposed. The intention is to contribute to a better understanding of the issue, provide useful tools for companies that want to successfully undertake this reality, and ultimately encourage companies to engage in these practices both for their own benefit and for the benefit of society at large.
