El gobierno en el sistema constitucional español
Abstract
“El Gobierno en el sistema constitucional español” trata sobre un desarrollo de la regulación constitucional y legislativa que se hace del órgano constitucional del Gobierno. Se lleva a cabo en la obra, un análisis detallado, utilizando jurisprudencia y doctrina, de los artículo que versan acerca del Gobierno en los Títulos IV y V de la Constitución Española de 1978, así como, del desarrollo legislativo que se hace de esta institución en la Ley 50/1997, de 27 de noviembre, del Gobierno. "The Government in the Spanish Constitutional System" is about the development of constitutional and legislative regulations relating to the constitutional organ of Government. A detailed analysis is presented using jurisprudence and legal doctrine of articles relating to Government in Titles IV and V of the Spanish Constitution of 1978, as well as the legislative development of this institution of Government in Law 50/1997 of November 27th.
