Este tipo de hipoteca es vital para financiar la construcción y adquisición de aeronaves. Durante la pandemia de COVID-19, el sector aeronáutico fue duramente afectado, aumentando la necesidad de estas garantías. El libro explora la normativa española para registrar y constituir hipotecas sobre aeronaves, así como el Sistema de Ciudad del Cabo, que regula las garantías internacionales sobre bienes de equipo móvil.
