Reimaginando el sistema financiero y educativo para democratizar las oportunidades de emprendimiento

Abstract

La región latinoamericana presenta hace casi tres décadas un estado de retroceso, afectando a calidad de vida de los sujetos más vulnerables, como lo son las mujeres de missing middle, y aumentando el número de personas bajo la línea de pobreza.

Este artículo resume la necesidad de restablecer el sistema financiero hacia una mayor inclusión y la accesibilidad, a través de inversiones de impacto con perspectiva de género desde temprana edad. Con el objetivo de formalizar y reactivar el mercado, y consecuentemente, el desarrollo de la región.

A su vez, y en función de la necesidad de crear sistemas alineados a la innovación social, se establece la proyección de una incubadora descentralizada, que por medio de la educación financiera y capacitación de emprendedurismo permite incentivar a la creación negocios liderados por mujeres.

El objetivo es establecer alternativas que pudiesen ser incorporadas en los sistemas financieros tradicionales.
