.El documento presenta el enfoque educativo innovador de la Advantere School of Management, denominado “Re-solutionary Learning”, destinado a formar líderes que puedan abordar con propósito e impacto los complejos desafíos contemporáneos. Este nuevo paradigma educativo reemplaza el modelo tradicional centrado en la eficiencia y teoría con uno orientado a la acción, aprendizaje experiencial y liderazgo transformador. Se destacan las competencias necesarias para convertirse en “Challenge Managers”, incluyendo la gestión de la incertidumbre, pensamiento crítico, aprendizaje continuo, colaboración y propósito ético. El enfoque combina pedagogía ignaciana, aprendizaje basado en proyectos y una fuerte vinculación con los ODS, promoviendo un liderazgo que va más allá de la rentabilidad hacia el impacto social. This document presents the innovative educational approach of the Advantere School of Management, known as “Re-solutionary Learning,” designed to prepare leaders capable of addressing today’s complex challenges with purpose and impact. This new educational paradigm replaces the traditional model focused on efficiency and theory with one centered on action, experiential learning, and transformative leadership. It highlights the key competencies required to become “Challenge Managers,” including uncertainty management, critical thinking, lifelong learning, collaboration, and ethical purpose. The approach combines Ignatian pedagogy, project-based learning, and strong alignment with the SDGs, fostering leadership that goes beyond profitability to achieve social impact.
