Abstract

The Final Degree Project (TFG) that is presented below consists of the development of a business plan for a personal training center in the municipality of Boadilla del Monte called “Pro Health Movement”. In view of the poor physical exercise practices that are carried out in crowded centers and without qualified personnel, we have created this business plan where we offer a service provided and supervised by professionals who will adapt each exercise to the client's needs. To carry out this business plan, we will begin by analyzing the fitness market and its current situation. Likewise, an internal and external analysis will be carried out through PESTEL and Porter's 5 Forces, an analysis that will be summarized in a SWOT matrix that allows us to see at a glance the main weaknesses, strengths, threats and opportunities of the business. We will continue with the marketing plan to define the potential customers and the marketing mix. We will go on with the organization and human resources where we will deal with the constitution process and the personnel necessary for the business. Later, in the operations plan we will talk about the operation of the company. Finally, an economic and financial analysis will be carried out to analyze the viability of the business. After all these analyzes, we conclude that Pro Health Movement is a viable company, but in the same way we must analyze the possible risks and the measures established for the correct operation of the business and its growth.
