Estudio de eficiencia energética y propuestas de mejora de una instalación existente

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene como objeto llevar a cabo un estudio de eficiencia energética en The Boc Beach Hotel Can Pastilla. Se trata de un establecimiento turístico formado por cuatro plantas ubicadas en una zona costera del municipio de Palma, en las Islas Baleares. Para ello, partiendo del análisis de consumo eléctrico real del hotel y de las condiciones físicas y climatológicas del emplazamiento, se lleva a cabo un estudio de viabilidad técnica y económica de la incorporación de un sistema de generación fotovoltaica en la cubierta del edificio.

El objetivo final de proyecto es contribuir a la reducción del consumo eléctrico del establecimiento, mejorando el comportamiento energético y generando una rentabilidad económica razonable.

The purpose of this project is to carry out an energy efficiency study at The Boc Beach Hotel Can Pastilla. It is a tourist establishment consisting of four floors located in a coastal area of the municipality of Palma, in the Balearic Islands. To this end, based on the analysis of the hotel’s actual electricity consumption and the physical and climatic conditions of the site, a technical and economic feasibility study is conducted for the incorporation of a photovoltaic power generation system on the roof of the building.

The final objective of the project is to contribute to reducing the establishment’s electricity consumption, improving its energy performance and generating a reasonable economic return.
