La invasión rusa a Ucrania activó la Directiva de protección temporal en la UE. España ha otorgado protección temporal a ciudadanos ucranianos, pero existen desafíos en la gestión del sistema de asilo. La guerra en Ucrania revela fracturas y necesidad de adaptación del sistema de asilo ante una posible normalidad de vulnerabilidad e incertidumbre.
