Abstract
La reestructuración del sector aéreo constituye un tema muy importante a la vista de las graves consecuencias padecidas tras la COVID-19. Los procesos de reestructuración y los concursos de acreedores de los distintos operadores aéreos están plagados de especialidades fruto de la singularidad de estas empresas y, fundamentalmente, de sus acreedores, razón por la que serán estudiados en el presente trabajo.
The restructuring of the airline industry is a very important issue in view of the serious consequences of COVID-19. The restructuring processes and bankruptcy proceedings of the various airline operators are plagued with special features due to the singularity of these companies and, fundamentally, of their creditors, which is why they will be studied in this paper.
