El objeto que persiguen estas líneas no es otro que llamar la atención sobre la necesidad de que todos los denominados operadores jurídicos, antes de caer en los formulismos y la rutina de la labor diaria del nuevo año judicial, reflexionen al tiempo de seleccionar las palabras que emplearán en sus escritos e intervenciones orales. La seguridad jurídica está en juego.
