Abstract

Ebury es una fintech global especializada en pagos internacionales y gestión de divisas que opera bajo marcos regulatorios complejos y cambiantes. En este entorno, la agilidad en el cumplimiento normativo y la gestión eficiente de consultas son fundamentales para mantener la competitividad y la seguridad jurídica. Actualmente, el equipo de expertos de Ebury se enfrenta a un volumen de reportes y consultas regulatorias que dificulta una gestión operativa eficiente. El principal desafío reside en la falta de documentación clara y centralizada, lo que se suma a la alta complejidad técnica de las normativas financieras. Estas regulaciones no solo son difíciles de interpretar, sino que están sujetas a una evolución constante con actualizaciones frecuentes. Esta situación satura a los especialistas y genera retrasos operativos, evidenciando la necesidad de una herramienta tecnológica que automatice el acceso a la información y centralice el conocimiento normativo de la organización. Como respuesta a estos retos, este Trabajo de Fin de Máster propone el desarrollo de una plataforma centralizada basada en agentes de Inteligencia Artificial. El objetivo principal es proporcionar una herramienta capaz de resolver dudas operativas de carácter técnico y legal de manera inmediata, basándose siempre en la información oficial y actualizada de la compañía. La solución se concibe como un asistente experto que no solo responde consultas específicas, sino que actúa como un motor de generación de conocimiento. El sistema es capaz de analizar la información disponible sobre un tema concreto para elaborar documentación técnica estructurada, transformando datos dispersos en manuales y guías de consulta coherentes. Con este enfoque, el proyecto busca eliminar los cuellos de botella informativos, reducir la carga de trabajo manual de los equipos expertos y garantizar que toda la organización tenga acceso a una fuente de verdad única, fiable y actualizada en materia regulatoria.Ebury is a global fintech specializing in international payments and foreign exchange, operating under complex and ever-changing regulatory frameworks. In response to these challenges, this Master’s Thesis proposes the development of a centralized platform based on Artificial Intelligence agents. The primary goal is to provide a tool capable of immediately resolving technical and legal operational doubts, always based on the company’s o!cial and up-to-date information. The solution is conceived as an expert assistant that not only answers specific inquiries but also acts as a knowledge generation engine. The system is capable of analyzing available information on a specific topic to produce structured technical documentation, transforming scattered data into coherent manuals and reference guides. With this approach, the project seeks to eliminate information bottlenecks, reduce the manual workload of expert teams, and ensure that the entire organization has access to a single, reliable, and updated source of truth regarding regulatory matters.
