Abstract
Este estudio pretende analizar las dificultades específicas de la traducción de la terminología técnica relacionada con el fútbol del español al inglés, una tarea que se vuelve especialmente problemática debido a la abundante presencia de los falsos y pseudo anglicismos en la terminología pertinente en español.
This study seeks to analyze the specific difficulties inherent in the translation of technical terminology related to football from Spanish into English, a task made all the problematic by the abundance of both false and pseudo Anglicisms in the associated terminology in Spanish.
