PLAN DE NEGOCIO DE LA STARTUP: B-Fast. ANÁLISIS Y VIABILIDAD FINANCIERA - González-Izquierdo Antón, Alfredo

Abstract

This paper explores the creation and analysis of B-Fast, a startup aimed at helping traditional hospitality businesses to increase their sales and become more efficient, as well as improving the day-to-day customer experience. Despite the significant economic contribution of this industry to the Spanish economy, the hospitality sector exhibits a lower degree of innovation compared to other sectors. With this project, we aim to bridge the digitalization gap in this industry by introducing and enhancing the take-away services of traditional hospitality establishments.

Throughout this work, the economic environment and the internal and external conditions surrounding B-Fast will be analyzed. This will be followed by an examination of the financial viability of the company, projecting various financial statements and calculating the project's profitability. The results obtained throughout this work corroborate the profitability of the proposed business model.
