La sana crítica del juez, la inteligencia artificial y sus posibilidades de coexistencia

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es reflexionar y analizar las posibilidades de coexistencia entre robots o herramientas programadas con IA, y la decisión judicial. En concreto, reflexionar sobre la sana crítica del juez, su función en el proceso y las posibilidades de incursión de la IA en relación con ésta y como herramienta de auxilio tanto del juzgador como de otras partes del proceso.The aim of this paper is to reflect and analyze the possibilities of coexistence between robots or tools programmed with AI, and the judicial decision. Specifically, to reflect on the judge's sound judgment, its role in the process and the possibilities of AI's incursion in relation to it and as a tool to assist both the judge and other parties in the process.
