El trabajo analiza las novedades que la Ley 4/2023, de 22 de marzo, de Derechos, Garantías y Protección Integral de la Infancia y la Adolescencia de la Comunidad de Madrid aporta al sistema de protección desde la perspectiva del interés superior del niño y considerando a las familias como principal recurso de protección.The paper analyzes the innovations that Law 4/2023, of March 22, on Rights, Guarantees, and Comprehensive Protection of Childhood and Adolescence in the Community of Madrid, contributes to the protection system from the perspective of the best interests of the child and considering families as the main protective resource.
