Abstract

El capítulo analiza la evolución de las Cortes españolas desde 1978 hasta nuestros días. Contiene un repaso detallado de todas las reformas legislativas y reglamentarias que han afectado a sus funciones y competencias. Finalmente, el capítulo se hace eco de algunas críticas al Parlamento, así como de los principales desafíos a los que se enfrenta, para proponer algunos ejes posibles de mejora.This chapter analyses the evolution of the Spanish Parliament from 1978 onwards. It offers a detailed analysis of all the legislative and regulatory reforms that have altered the Parliament's functions and competences. Finally, it explains some of the critics and challenges the Spanish Parliament faces nowadays, as well as some eventual improvements for the near future.
