Anarquismo y derecho : el recíproco aborrecimiento de dos obstinaciones

Abstract

Merced a un proceder asimilativo dialéctico, atiende la obra a la actitud de la teoría ácrata ante el fenómeno jurídico, tanto en su arrebato negador como en su disposición constructiva; en pos de una contribución a la reflexión sobre la realidad del Derecho y el espíritu libertario que permite, a su vez, el pronunciamiento en cuanto a la relación de concordia entre una y otra complejidad.This work focuses, through a dialectical assimilative approach, on the attitude of the anarchist theory before the legal phenomenon, both in its denying outburst as in its constructive potentiality. It pursues, in this way, the insight of the reality of Law and the libertarian spirit that allows a verdict concerning the relationship of agreement between one and the other.
