dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal estudiar los diferentes ángulos tanto societarios, financieros y regulatorios como la normativa aplicable a los abogados y procuradores, todas ellas siempre desde una perspectiva legal, sobre una operación de compraventa compleja llevada a cabo en territorio Español. Por ello, se presentan a lo largo del presente escrito una serie de cuestiones relativas a la venta de Industrias Corellia, S.L., y el impacto de esta operación desde cada ángulo legislativo. Todo ello en un sistema pregunta-respuesta, que facilita la interpretación de las diferentes cuestiones y preceptos legales relevantes para dar respuesta al presente caso.es-ES
