Abstract
The article seeks to represent the interdependency level between three matters: the global competition for talent, the knowledge economies and the skilled migration (the latter is a consequence of the previous ones). To achieve this objective, it is presented some of the findings obtained in the research on skilled migration in Argentina -doctoral thesis by the author of this article-. The first part of the article is a theoretical and conceptual description, the second part contains the results of the research in field, which it consisted of in-depth interviews to experts in migration and executives in the information technology sector and surveys (probabilistic methodology) to engineering in systems students to less than a year of graduation- from Argentine universities and surveys to Mexican students under the same conditions (non-probabilistic methodology). At the end the results and conclusion describe a concept called Vicious Circle of Talent that it presents the true challenge facing- almost without knowing, as it is explained in the text - the Argentinian Republic.
