Abstract

Este Trabajo de Fin de Máster tiene como objetivo responder a las cuestiones presentadas en el caso práctico a través de un desarrollo teórico-práctico. Así, el trabajo consistirá en tres secciones diferentes, en las cuales se van proponiendo situaciones en base al caso previamente planteado donde se plantean problemáticas que afectan a las sociedades del Grupo Castilla, así como la intervención de terceras empresas.This Master's Thesis aims to answer the questions presented in the case study through a theoretical-practical development. Thus, the work will consist of three different sections, in which situations will be proposed based on the previously proposed case where problems that affect the companies of the Castilla Group are raised, as well as the intervention of third companies.
