Abstract

En el presente trabajo se analizan las distintas responsabilidades, tanto civiles, penales, laborales e incluso administrativas que pueden derivarse de la ejecución de un edificio de nueva contsrucción. Así mismo, se analizan los plazos y garantías existentes frente a los adquirientes de las viviendas y mecanismos de financiación de la operación de obra nueva.This paper analyzes the different liabilities, whether civil, criminal, labor or even administrative, that may arise from the execution of a new construction building. It also analyzes the existing terms and guarantees to the purchasers of the houses and the financing mechanisms of the new construction operation.
