Introducción

Abstract

Entre la Asamblea extraordinaria (2014) y la ordinaria (2015) del Sínodo sobre la familia, se estudian algunos temas de fondo: La misericordia en la pastoral familiar, las demandas del I"nstrumentum laboris", el sacramento del matrimonio, la posible analogía de la sacramentalidad para el matrimonio, el acompañamiento a los divorciados vueltos a casar, las parejas de hecho y los procesos de nulidad matrimonial canónica.Between the extraordinary (2014) and ordinary Assembly (2015) of the Synod on the family, some substantive issues are studied: Mercy in family pastoral, demands from the "Instrumentum laboris", the sacrament of marriage, the possible analogy of sacramentality for marriage, pastoral care for divorced and remarried, cohabiting and marriage annulment canonical processes.
