En el presente, la rápida de aparición de las nuevas tecnologías como la inteligencia artificial o la automatización ha comenzado una nueva revolución en el mundo laboral, la cual tiene ciertas similitudes y diferencias con otros anteriores. Sin embargo, todavía no se tiene una concepción clara de cómo afectara en aspectos como el impacto económico o en la creación o destrucción de empleo. Además, la percepción sobre este tema no es clara habiendo dos bandos que están enfrentados con opiniones dispares. Por ello, En este trabajo, se tratará de abordar el impacto que tendrán estas tecnologías en aspectos como la creación o destrucción de empleos y en el impacto en la productividad.At present, the rapid emergence of new technologies such as artificial intelligence or automation has sparked a new revolution in the world of work, which has certain similarities and differences with previous ones.
