Deontología jurídica en clave aristotélica

Abstract

We are in a Social and Democratic State, where the right is used as mechanism, instrument or route. This essence will be analyzed it from an aristotelian perspective. Finally, we will conclude with the virtuous jurist that Aristotle promotes. With it we wait to expire with the challenge of a work of purpose of degree of juridical philosophy: to think the current juridical context to know it better and to express, in his case, the deficiencies or other possibilities.
