Abstract

However, the lack of regulation has led to it being associated with different figures. This work focuses on the principle of opportunity in administrative sanctioning law, making a critical analysis of the termination of the procedure by acknowledging responsibility by the offender. A figure that may have unintended implications in light of the non bis in idem principle, taking into account the way in which this principle is currently interpreted.
