La regulación del comercio marítimo en el Código de Comercio de 1885

Abstract

Mi afición por el mundo de la navegación, y del mar en general ha estado presente en mi vida desde temprana edad. Cuando llegó mi momento de elegir la temática del trabajo, tenía claro que quería que este involucrase el mundo marítimo, y a su vez influyese la historia de nuestro país. De esta forma, fui investigando temas que pudiesen reunir ambos requisitos, y finalmente, mi tutora y yo conseguimos encontrar una temática en la que poder tratar el derecho marítimo y hacerlo estudiando su evolución, de manera que pudiésemos ver el efecto que provocaron acontecimientos como el descubrimiento de América en 1492, o la Constitución de 1812. La finalidad de este trabajo es comprender el funcionamiento de cada herramienta utilizada en el derecho marítimo, y entender el porqué de cada cuestión.My love for the world of sailing, and the sea in general, has been present in my life from an early age. When the time came for me to choose the theme of my work, I was clear that I wanted it to involve the maritime world, and at the same time influence the history of our country. In this way, I researched topics that could meet both requirements, and finally, my tutor and I managed to find a topic in which to deal with maritime law and to do so by studying its evolution, so that we could see the effect caused by events such as the discovery of America in 1492, or the Constitution of 1812. The aim of this work is to understand the functioning of each tool used in maritime law, and to understand the reasons behind each issue.
