Abstract

El presente capítulo se centra en explicar el concepto de derecho fundamental y su vínculo con la dignidad humana, valor común a todos ellos. Del mismo modo, se analizan elementos de gran calado jurídico y social, como la igualdad o la libertad de expresión. Se ahonda en la distinción entre la Sección Primera del Capítulo Segundo y del resto del texto, recalcando la especial protección que nuestra Carta Magna da a los derechos fundamentales.

This chapter focuses on explaining the concept of fundamental rights and their connection to human dignity, a value common to all of them. Similarly, it analyzes elements of significant legal and social importance, such as equality and freedom of expression. It delves into the distinction between Section One of Chapter Two and the rest of the text, emphasizing the special protection that our Constitution grants to fundamental rights.
