dc.description.abstractLa Educación Física tiene el potencial no solo de fortalecer el cuerpo y la mente, sino también de cultivar la conciencia ambiental en los estudiantes (Lynch, 2019). Las actividades al aire libre y la interacción con el entorno brindan oportunidades únicas para aprender sobre el medio ambiente de manera práctica y significativa (Santos-Pastor et al., 2022). Exploremos cómo esta conciencia puede integrarse en el currículo de Educación Física, con ejemplos prácticos y teóricos, y cómo se relaciona con los objetivos de los ODS.es-ES
dc.description.abstractPhysical Education has the potential not only to strengthen the body and mind but also to cultivate environmental awareness in students (Lynch, 2019). Outdoor activities and interaction with the environment provide unique opportunities to learn about the environment in practical and meaningful ways (Santos-Pastor et al., 2022). Let us explore how this awareness can be integrated into the PE curriculum, with practical and theoretical examples, and how it relates to the goals of the SDGs.en-GB
