MENSAJES PUBLICITARIOS PARA EL FOMENTO DEL ALQUILER DE ROPA

Abstract

This Final Degree Project investigates the motivations and barriers that affect the decision of women between 18 and 37 years of age to use clothing rental services, with the aim of developing effective advertising messages that attract and retain customers, promoting sustainable consumption practices. The study reveals that financial savings and the need for specific garments are the main motivations, while hygiene and distrust of the service are the most significant barriers. Although existing marketing campaigns highlight motivations, barriers such as hygiene are rarely addressed. Based on these findings, a marketing campaign emphasising hygiene and service reliability is proposed to improve customer acquisition and loyalty.
