Scheuermann´s disease is a pathology originated during puberty and adolescence, characterized by a pathological increase of the dorsal kyphosis on a vertebral segment making vertebral wedge appear. The most characteristic symptom is the presence of stiffness and pain. The following study aims at valuating the efficiency of applying the central post-anterior vertebral pressure according to Maitland´s Concept. For this purpose, a quasi-experimental longitudinal and prospective pretest-posttest study is designed. The sample is composed by 27 individuals between 12 and 19 years old that have been diagnosed of Scheuermann´s disease with low affection that present pain. 6 physiotherapy´s sessions consisting in the mobilization of the affected vertebral segment will be received by all the individuals. By doing a pre-treatment and post-treatment measurements we will evaluate the variation and the intensity of the pain as well as the quality live level (functionality) though the EVA scale and the SRS-22 questionnaire respectively.es_ES
