Abstract
Un grupo de estudiantes irrumpieron en la capilla de la Universidad Complutense de Madrid con cánticos y gritos insultantes mientras otros estudiantes oraban en ella. Entre los asaltantes se encontraba la ahora concejal del ayuntamiento de Madrid Rita Maestre. Los asaltantes se presentan a sí mismos como pacíficos luchadores por la laicidad e invocan la libertad de expresión. ¿Existe el derecho al insulto?
A group of students has broken into the chapel of the Universidad Complutense de Madrid with songs and insulting shouts while other students were there praying. Among the assailants was the now councillor of the Madrid City Council Rita Maestre. The assailants present themselves as peaceful fighters in favour of secularism and invoke freedom of expression. Is there a right to insult?
