Actualización del Estudio comparativo del Impuesto sobre Sucesiones y Donaciones en las Comunidades Autónomas

Abstract

Este trabajo es la actualización del editado como Estudio comparativo del Impuesto sobre Sucesiones y Donaciones en las Comunidades Autónomas . Parece necesario realizar esta revisión a la luz de las reformas introducidas por algunas CCAA en el año 2008 ya que las mismas suponen cambios respecto a lo señalado en el referido informe.This work is the update of the edited as "Comparative study of the Tax on Inheritance and Donations in the Autonomous Communities". It seems necessary to carry out this revision in the light of the reforms introduced by some Autonomous Communities in 2008, since they represent changes with respect to what was stated in the report.
