Abstract
Son objeto de análisis las importantes modificaciones introducidas por la Ley15/2015, de 2 de julio, de la Jurisdicción Voluntaria, en el régimen de sucesión intestada a favor del Estado. Tras la reforma corresponde a la propia Administración llamada a suceder la declaración de heredero, vía acto administrativo, y, se establece un nuevo régimen de distribución del caudal hereditario.
The important modifications introduced by Law 15/2015, of 2 July, on Voluntary Jurisdiction, in the regime of intestate succession in favour of the State, are the object of analysis. Following the reform, it is up to the Administration called upon to inherit to declare the heir, by means of an administrative act, and a new system for the distribution of the estate is established.
