La importancia e influencia del uso del lenguaje claro en el ámbito jurídico

Abstract

Con este artículo se pretende llamar la atención sobre un aspecto del ámbito jurídico, su comunicación clara, que consideramos ya imprescindible dentro del objetivo de conseguir, entre otras cuestiones y en general, comprensión para quien deba acatar las resoluciones que parten de las diferentes instituciones que tienen en el Derecho su instrumento principal de trabajo, y, en particular, una Justicia real y efectiva.

This article is intended to draw attention to an aspect of the legal field, its clear communication, which we consider as essential within the goal of achieve, among other issues, and in general, understanding for those who need to comply with the resolutions that leave from the different institutions that have in the right its principal instrument for the work, and, in particular, a real and effective justice.
