Abstract

Dictamen jurídico emitido para es analizar diferentes cuestiones y consultas planteadas dentro del contexto del grupo Castilla y las diversas circunstancias societarias que atraviesa. El estudio pormenorizado de las materias que se analizan permitirá conocer cuáles son las mejores alternativas a la hora de tomar decisiones y de garantizar la buena llevanza del Grupo, con los procedimientos idóneos para su resolución, y los medios de actuación más apropiados para reportar beneficios a la entidad mercantil. En la realización de este trabajo se ha recurrido a la normativa del ordenamiento jurídico español, a la jurisprudencia más reciente y a los sectores doctrinales mayoritarios.

Legal opinion issued to analyze different issues and consultations raised within the context of the Castilla Group and the different corporate circumstances it is going through. The detailed study of the matters analyzed will allow to know which are the best alternatives at the time of making decisions and guaranteeing the good management of the Group, with the suitable procedures for their resolution, and the most appropriate means of action to report benefits to the mercantile entity. In carrying out this work we have resorted to the regulations of the Spanish legal system, to the most recent jurisprudence and to the majority doctrinal sectors.
