Background: Cerebral palsy is a well-recognized neurodevelopmental condition, a group of cronic and persistent disorder of movement and posture caused by nonprogressive pathological processes that occur in the inmature brain. It is one of the most common neurological disorder in childhood. It can be classified according to its location in hemiplegia, diplegia and quiadriplegua and according to its involvement of the tone, in spasticity, dystonia, atetosis or ataxia. Objective: Assess the efficacy of an intensive physiotherapy program along with Therasuit versus an intensive physiotherapy program without Therasuit in patients with CP in the assessment of gross motor function. Methods: It is a pure analytical, experimental, randomized study with a simple- blind. With a sample of 212 subjects from level I to III on the GMFCS scale, divided into two groups. The experimental group receives a treatment based on an intensive physiotherapy program along with Therasuit and the control group receives only the intensive physiotherapy program. Each subject participates in the study three hours a day, five days a week for four weeks. Both groups received two measurements, before and after treatment with GMFM-88 scale. The data will be analyzed with SPSS Stadistics, version 22.0.es_ES
