El seguro marítimo: análisis y cambios legislativos

Abstract

A lo largo de este trabajo he realizado un análisis de tres aspectos importantes relacionados con el contrato de seguro marítimo. En primer lugar, he definido este contrato y he hecho referencia a los elementos que lo componen. En segundo lugar, me he centrado en los principales ramos y sus coberturas. Y, para concluir, he explicado los dos cambios introducidos con la nueva regulación de este contrato que han tenido un mayor impacto en la práctica.Throughout this project I have carried out an analysis of three important aspects related to the marine insurance contract. Firstly, I defined this contract and referred to the elements that compose it. Secondly, I focused on the main branches and their covers. And, in conclusion, I explained the two changes introduced by the new regulation of this contract that have had the greatest impact in practice.
