Abstract

La sociedad de hoy en día está afrontando numerosos cambios de hábitos. La crisis del Covid 19 ha revolucionado el orden vital de muchas personas y el sector de la restauración ha tenido que adaptarse. El miedo a salir de casa, la crisis económica o el poco tiempo del que disponen las familias son algunos de los indicativos por los cuales las personas no consumen tanto en los locales y el porcentaje de comida solicitada a domicilio está creciendo. En el presente trabajo vamos a analizar el sector del food delivery, centrándonos en el concepto de cocina fantasma. Es así como nace la start-up Pop Kitchen, proveedor de infraestructura de cocinas fantasma. In this paper we will analyze the food delivery sector, focusing on the concept of ghost kitchen. This is how the start-up Pop Kitchen, a provider of ghost kitchen infrastructure, was born. It is necessary to bring alternatives to the restaurants sector.
