Interpretación sobre la naturaleza real de los derechos del arrendatario en la LAU : últimas modificaciones

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se abordan, tanto las cuestiones más importantes del arrendamiento recogidas ya en el CC, como una comparativa del derecho positivo aplicable a los contratos de arrendamiento desde la primera LAU de 1964, hasta nuestros días, haciendo especial hincapié en la reciente Ley 4/2013, de 4 de junio, de medidas de flexibilización y fomento del mercado de alquiler de viviendas

The present article will tackle, both the most relevant issues included in the Spanish Civil Code and a comparative of positive law related to the lease agreements as from the first Urban Lease Act of 1964 to the present date, giving particular emphasis to the recent Act 4/2013, dated 4 June, regarding flexibility measures and promotion of the rental housing market.
