Abstract

El capítulo analiza los retos pendientes en la atención a la salud mental de niños y adolescentes en España. Tras estudiar en profundidad el contenido del derecho a la salud mental en infancia y adolescencia, explora el alcance de la protección estatal y autonómica de este derecho, así como las obligaciones pendientes de diversos actores clave (colegios, padres, etc.).This chapter analyzes pending issues related to childhood and adolescence mental health protection in Spain. It analyses in depth the content of the right to mental health protection of children and adolescents, as well as the extent of state and regional powers to ensure that protection. Finally it deals with legal obligations of other key actors (schools, parents...) in this field.
