La pervivencia y reescritura del mito: adaptación, tradución y recepción

Abstract

El objetivo de esta publicación es aunar una serie de investigaciones originales en torno al mito y su adaptación y versionado a lo largo de los siglos, poniendo un especial énfasis en las traducciones/traslaciones del mismo a diferentes lenguas, formatos y artes. Se plantea, pues, el estudio de la traducción en un sentido más amplio y no solo atendiendo al significado básico de trasladar un texto de una lengua a otra, sino que se aborda también cómo se efectúan traslaciones culturales, reescrituras de mitos, plasmación en representaciones pictóricas o fílmicas y transformaciones poéticas de los mitos.This publication brings together a series of original research on myth and its adaptation and versioning over the centuries, with special emphasis on translations/translations into different languages, formats and arts. The study of translation is therefore approached in a broader sense and not only in terms of the basic meaning of transferring a text from one language to another, but also in terms of how myths are culturally translated, rewritten, translated into pictorial or filmic representations and poetically transformed.
