Abstract
En esta presentación se pone el foco sobre el proyecto Superflat desarrollado por el artista japonés Murakami Takashi, en la primera mitad de la década de 2000, como la estrategia seguida por el artista para lograr triunfar en la escena del arte internacional, articulando en su favor las cuestiones identitarias.
This paper focuses on the Superflat project, carried out by Murakami Takashi, from 2000 to 2005, as the strategy devised by the artist to reach recognition in the international art scene, articulating in his own interest identity issues. The Superflat project is contextualised within the centre-periphery discourses that have dominated the international art scene.
