Abstract

Los estudios abordan cuestiones como los límites del arbitraje deportivo y la tutela judicial efectiva (asunto Seraing), la determinación de la residencia habitual en el Reglamento Roma III (Lindenbaumer), el alcance de la competencia exclusiva en litigios sobre patentes de terceros Estados (Hausgeräte), la incompetencia de tribunales españoles ante infracciones de derechos morales de autor cometidas en el extranjero, la aplicación de derechos civiles forales a extranjeros residentes en España, y los criterios para el reconocimiento incidental de resoluciones judiciales extranjeras por notarios y registradores.
