Abstract

El Estado de derecho de matriz liberal sufrió en los últimos dos siglos importantes transformaciones que lo llevaron primero al Estado social y luego, ya en el surco de la posmodernidad, al Estado pluralista que ha sido estudiado por el neoconstitucionalismo.The rule of law with a liberal matrix has undergone important transformations over the last two centuries, leading first to the social state and then, in the heart of post-modernity, to the pluralist state that has been studied by neo-constitutionalism.
