Climatización de un aeropuerto en Valladolid

Abstract

El presente proyecto tiene por objeto la climatización de un aeropuerto en la ciudad de Valladolid. La instalación deberá ser capaz de mantener las condiciones de confort térmico en toda la terminal durante todo el año, por lo que se ha diseñar de tal manera que pueda contrarrestar tanto las cargas de verano como las de invierno. Los pasos seguidos para el diseño de la instalación han sido los siguientes. En primer lugar, se han calculado las cargas de verano e invierno, teniendo en cuenta qué cargas son favorables y desfavorables en cada época del año. En segundo lugar, se ha decidido qué salas utilizarían sistemas todo aire con climatizadores y cuales sistemas agua-aire con fan-coils. Además, se han seleccionado ambos equipos. En total han sido 23 climatizadores y 9 fan-coils. En tercer lugar, se ha diseñado la red de conductos de aire, junto con la selección de los 404 difusores, 320 rejillas de retorno, extractores y ventiladores. En cuarto lugar, se han dimensionado las tuberías de agua fría y caliente. Estas son las encargadas de transportar el agua desde las calderas y enfriadoras de agua hasta las baterías de los climatizadores y fan-coils. Para ello, se emplean 16 bombas que también han sido seleccionadas. Posteriormente, se procede a la selección de calderas y enfriadoras de agua. En el presente proyecto se han empleado dos equipos de cada. Por último, se ha calculado un presupuesto parcial de cada uno de los elementos previamente mencionados y se ha estimado un presupuesto total de la instalación.This project aims to provide HVAC to an airport in the city of Valladolid. The installation must be capable of maintaining thermal comfort conditions throughout the terminal all year round, and has therefore been designed in such a way as to counteract both summer and winter loads. The steps followed for the design of the installation have been the following. Firstly, the summer and winter loads have been calculated, taking into account which loads are favourable and which are unfavourable at each time of the year. Secondly, it was decided which rooms would use all-air systems with AHU (Air Handling Units) and which water-air systems with fan-coils. In addition, both systems have been selected. In total there were 23 AHU and 9 fan-coils. Thirdly, the air duct network has been designed, together with the selection of the 404 diffusers, 320 return grilles, extractors and fans. Fourthly, the hot and cold water pipes have been sized. These are responsible for transporting the water from the boilers and water chillers to the batteries of the AHU and fan-coils. For this purpose, 16 pumps are used, which have also been selected. Subsequently, the selection of boilers and water chillers is made. In this project, two units of each have been used. Finally, a partial budget has been calculated for each of the previously mentioned elements and a total budget for the installation has been estimated.
