Tras un análisis del comportamiento de los inversores particulares en Estados Unidos y en España se ha determinado que el número de inversores particulares ha experimentado un aumento desde el año 2020, y se espera que siga esta tendencia alcista los próximos años. Tras realizar múltiples encuestas a inversores particulares, se ha detectado que estos desearían en su mayoría conocer la opinión de otros inversores particulares al invertir, tanto profesionales como no profesionales. De este modo, se ha identificado una oportunidad de negocio que consiste en la creación de una red social, TradeCircle, destinada a inversores particulares con el objetivo principal de que interactúen entre ellos, enriquecida con muchas otras funciones que hacen de la red social un ecosistema ideal para el inversor particular. Asimismo, la red social busca ser un escaparate y lugar de trabajo para otros inversores emprendedores que deseen captar potenciales clientes. Para la puesta en funcionamiento de la plataforma, se calcula una inversión inicial de 250.000 €. Las fuentes de ingresos son diversas, pero destaca el sistema de insignias como fuente de ingresos principal, junto con los anuncios.
