Plan de negocio de la start up Pop Kitchen: Cocina estratégica para el food delivery - Banda Macías, Nicolás
Abstract
El auge de la comida a domicilio ha dado paso a una nueva modalidad de cocinas conocidas como ghost kitchen. Las ghost kitchen son un nuevo formato que se complementa con el food delivery. Son restaurantes con localización estratégica que a través de empresas de delivery se entrega la comida directamente al consumidor. Este tipo de cocinas se han abierto paso gracias a los cambios en los hábitos de consumo de la sociedad provocados por el Covid 19 y dando lugar a un mercado con unas expectativas de crecimiento muy altas, convirtiéndose en el futuro en uno de los elementos claves de la restauración.
Con esta nueva oportunidad de negocio, un grupo de cinco alumnos de E3 decidimos participar en el concurso de Comillas Emprende con el fin de crear una ghost kitchen presente en las redes sociales enfocada a emprendedores. Tras varios meses de trabajo con el Panel Goldsmith y el Business Model Canvas, en este trabajo se puede observar el proceso de diseño y el resultado de nuestra start up, Pop Kitchen.
The rise of food delivery has given way to a new type of infrastructure known as ghost kitchens. Ghost kitchens are a new format that complements food delivery. They are strategically located restaurants that, through delivery companies, deliver food directly to the consumer. These types of kitchens have made their way thanks to the changes in society's consumption habits brought about by Covid 19 and have given rise to a market with very high growth expectations, becoming one of the key elements of the restaurant industry in the future. With this new business opportunity, a group of 5 E3 students decided to participate in the Comillas Emprende competition with the aim of creating a ghost kitchen present in social networks focused on entrepreneurs. After several months of work with the Goldsmith Panel and the Business Model Canvas, in this work you can see the design process and the result of our start up, Pop Kitchen.
