Las llamadas crisis matrimoniales : en especial, la nulidad matrimonial

Abstract

El presente trabajo de fin de grado tiene como propósito estudiar las crisis matrimoniales, en especial la nulidad matrimonial. Puesto que éstas consisten en la ineficacia del matrimonio, me parece oportuno dedicar la primera parte a aclarar qué es el matrimonio, cuáles son sus requisitos y los efectos que produce. La segunda parte se dedicará a la nulidad matrimonial, tratando de establecer algunas comparaciones de los regímenes canónico y civil. Se examinaran las diferentes causas, así como sus consecuencias, citando jurisprudencia para complementar su explicación.

This work aims to study marital crises, especially marriage annulment. Since these consist of the ineffectiveness of the marriage, it seems appropriate to devote the first part to clarify what marriage is, what are its requirements and effects. The second part will be devoted to marriage annulment, trying to establish some comparisons of canon and civil regimens. It shall be examined not only the different causes but also its consequences, citing case law to supplement its explanation.
