Climatización de edificio de oficinas en Madrid

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado desarrolla el diseño y dimensionamiento de la instalación de climatización de un edificio de oficinas en Madrid. Para ello, se ha realizado la zonificación térmica del edificio, el cálculo de cargas de verano e invierno, el dimensionamiento de redes de tuberías y conductos, y la selección de equipos necesarios. Como resultado se obtiene una solución técnica completa y presupuestada, capaz de garantizar el confort interior y el correcto funcionamiento de la instalación.This Bachelor’s Thesis develops the design and sizing of the air-conditioning system for an office building in Madrid. To this end, the thermal zoning of the building, the calculation of summer and winter thermal loads, the sizing of piping and duct networks, and the selection of the required equipment have been carried out. As a result, a complete and budgeted technical solution is obtained, capable of ensuring indoor comfort and the proper operation of the system.
